  • Hourly Coverage: Starting at $380/hour (3 hour minimum, up to 7 hours)

  • Full Day Event (7+ hours, photo or video only): Starting at $4,500/day

  • Full Conference Coverage (photo and video together, best value): Starting at $8,500/day

Corporate Video Production

  • Half Day Production (up to 4 hours): Starting at $3,250

  • Full Day Production (up to 8 hours): Starting at $6,500

Corporate and Conference Headshots

  • Executive Headshots: Starting at $150 per person (6 person minimum, up to 60)

  • Conference Headshots (walk up stations, large groups): $2,150 for a half day, $4,500 for a full day

All rates reflect production time and coverage. Travel is billed separately when applicable. Custom quotes available for multi day and multi service engagements.
