Discovery and clarity call
We start by getting to know you. Your company, your event, and what you need captured. No pitching, no pressure. Just a focused conversation so we understand your goals and make sure we are the right fit before anything moves forward.

Proposal sent
Based on your event details and coverage needs, we put together a custom proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Everything is clear and itemized so there are no surprises.

Proposal signed
Once you review the proposal and everything looks good, you sign the agreement. This locks in the scope, protects both parties, and moves the project forward to the next step.

Invoice sent, retainer paid, date booked
After the proposal is signed, an invoice is sent for the non-refundable retainer. Once that is received, your date is officially booked and held on our calendar. Dates are not held without a signed agreement and retainer on file.

Pre-production
With your date secured, we begin planning. We review your event schedule, identify key moments to capture, coordinate logistics, align on brand guidelines, and map out everything before we ever arrive on site. You will not have to manage us.

Production
Our team arrives prepared and executes. Keynotes, breakouts, networking moments, executive interviews, headshots. We move through your event with purpose, stay discreet, and never disrupt the flow of what you have built.
On-site coverageStep seven
Post-production
Back in the studio, we edit and refine everything to a professional standard. Photos are color-corrected and culled. Video is cut, scored, and paced for impact. Every deliverable is built to be immediately usable by your marketing, PR, and communications teams.
Editing and refinementStep eight
Delivery
Your final assets are delivered through a private online gallery. Photos within 48 to 72 hours. Video within 7 to 14 business days. Everything is organized and ready to download and publish. No chasing us down. No waiting weeks.
